Dismissed Over...Solitaire?

Mayor Bloomberg has fired a city employee after finding a computer solitaire game on his desk monitor. If I haven't already made this obvious, I am by no means a fan of do-little government employees. However, I think this says more about Bloomberg's inexperience with computer work than his commitment to an honest day's work. Maybe the guy was a layabout; maybe he was a prodigious multi-tasker. If the guy played solitaire all day, fine. Don't let the door hit your rear end. But he wasn't caught playing solitaire. The game was simply on the top screen, and it might have been left over from an earlier break and visible because he closed other work.
